What is your Same-Day Shipping Policy?

Most in-stock orders (approximately 99%) received before 2:30pm EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:30pm EST are normally shipped the following day. We ship our customers’ orders extremely fast. In fact, the majority of our customers will receive their orders in just a few days time.

Same day shipping does not apply to orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Same day shipping also does not apply to out of stock items, discontinued products, custom and/or special orders. Finally, large bingo equipment orders may not be kept in inventory and often requires specific arrangements for shipping, setup, etc.

Occasionally, service interruptions or stock outages can happen which may delay your shipment until the following delays. If a longer delay is expected, someone from our office will attempt to contact you via email or phone call to discuss the situation and decide on the best course of action. If you require your order by a specific date, please indicate this in the comments section.

Please Note: When calculating your shipping times, the day that your order ships, does not count as an in-transit day. So, if your order is placed on a Tuesday and is expected to arrive in 3 business days, you should expect it to arrive on Friday, not Thursday.

Delivery time depends on your specific shipping method. For in-stock items and non-special orders, the following table should give you an idea of your expected delivery time frame.

Shipping Costs ships most orders via UPS, but will also ship at our discretion via other shipping methods. These include (but are not limited to) USPS, FedEx, Canada Post, via truck and other methods.

Outside the Continental United States and International Shipping ships to our bingo customers throughout the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and some other international destinations. Obviously, shipping delivery times will depend on the location. The methods of acceptable payment may vary depending on the originating country and wired payment may be required.

Customers from international locations are responsible for receipt at customs and are also responsible for all taxes, duties and other fees levied by the location country.

For Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Canada and Alaska, USPS or Canada Post is our primary shipping method. For most orders, an additional charge of $29.95 will be applied. However, some larger orders may be eligible for additional shipping charges.

Oversized Shipments
Some items sold by are considered “oversized” by the shippers that we use. These items may require additional shipping charges.

Customer Returns
To initiate the return process, please print and then fill out completely our Customer Return Form. Enclose the completed Customer Return Form with your return. Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip, as well as, your name, email address and other contact information.

The following items are never returnable:

  • Open Bingo Paper Packs
  • Used Daubers
  • Custom Orders
  • Any Apparel Items or Items (like hats) That Can Be Worn.
  • Necklaces
  • Any Products That Have Been Opened

All returned items must be returned at the customer’s expense within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Missing or damaged items from your order will not be refunded.

Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee or a charge of $5.00, whichever is greater.

Returned orders lost in transit or somehow untraceable are the customer’s responsibility.

Items accepted for return will be credited to the customer’s account via their original form of payment, excluding delivery charges, restocking fees and any other applicable charges. Orders that originally qualified for free shipping will be eligible for a “shipping charge” deduction from the refunded amount equal to the original cost of the initial shipped order.

I’ve Changed My Mind. How Do I Cancel My Order? receives a number of orders every day and ships them out extremely fast. Most orders received by 3:00pm (EST) will ship the same day. Interruptions in our order processing procedures can be difficult, costly and time-consuming to our company, especially as the 3:00pm deadline draws near. Therefore, we are often unable to make cancellations or change your order after it has been submitted.

Before you submit your order, please check it thoroughly to make sure that it is accurate. Check the colors and quantities. Make sure your billing and shipping addresses and other contact information is correct. If an error is made and your order is unable to be stopped before shipment, your will have to return the product for a refund and your shipping charges will not be refundable.

Out-of-Stock Products makes every effort to make sure that items listed on our website are in-stock. However, on occasion, inventory outages can, and do, occur. In these instances, will make every effort to contact the customer in order to refund their order, give them an estimated shipping time, and/or offer product substitutions.
